High Voltage Electrical Technician

Location: Coquitlam, BC

Job Type: Direct, Full Time

Earnings: $180-220K per year DOE

Relocation: Yes, for qualified candidates

Responsibilities:

• Independently perform testing and maintenance on various high voltage equipment, including transformers, circuit breakers, disconnects/loadbreaks, cables, CT’s, PT’s, and relays.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, including equipment isolation and lockout procedures.
• Generate technical reports after job completion and communicate effectively in verbal and written English.
• Must be available for work during off hours as needed.

Experience

• Demonstrated experience as a high voltage electrical technician, with the ability to perform all outlined duties independently.

Certificates & Licenses

• Electrical Technologist Degree and Red Seal Electrician certification are assets.
