Role and Responsibilities:

• Operators responsible for staging, prepping, loading, cooking, sampling, testing, and offloading finished products
• Ensure machinery and reactors operate adequately.
• Energetic, dynamic candidate with the ability to work in a plant environment with varying climates
• Start assembly and production machinery at the beginning of the shift
• Load reactors with materials in various stages
• Monitor and observe production to ensure the flow of production is not interrupted
• Monitor control boards that control production temperatures to meet specifications
• Perform sampling and testing to ensure products meet specifications
• Ensure the production area is clean and free of debris
• Responsible for moving materials to production areas

• High School diploma or GED required

• Ability to speak, read, and write in EnglishBilingual (Spanish) preferred
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• General maths

• 3 years experience in a factory, plant, foundry, mills, manufacturing, or constructionExperience operating machinery or equipment.
