Mining Laborers Needed for 14/7 Schedule Traveling Job: Housing with Private Rooms, Per Diem & $32/hr + 1.5 OT Pay

Shared to Indeed, Local drilling company is currently hiring a full-time person with proof of current MSHA underground miner PA or WV Black Hat Certification and MSHA Surface Miner Training Certification to be on-the-job trained as an underground driller laborer / directional driller.

This job position has significant upward mobility potential based on demonstrated performance. 

Candidate must be self-motivated, reliable, and able to perform physical labor. Work schedule is Monday through Friday [working every other Saturday if requested by client]. Working shifts include day, afternoon, or owl shift, both locally or out of town as designated by company and client. For jobs requiring driving 1.5 hours each way from residence, the work period can be continuous until the job is completed. 

Jobs requiring employees to travel are worked two [2] weeks away from home and one [1] week off. 

Company pre-pays for individual room lodging per employee. Cash per diem of $50/day per employee working on jobs requiring overnight stay is paid in advance.

 Starting salary is $32/hour for Black Hat Miner and Surface Miner plus overtime paid at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate for > 40 hours with typical workweek of 45-72 hours per week. Other partial of full benefits apply. 

All applicants must have a current and valid Driver's License and a reliable vehicle to get to and from work and MUST pass pre-employment background checks and drug tests including urine and hair follicle tests.
