Stainless Welder

Location: Mineral Point, WI
Pay: Starting at $23 an hour

Shifts:

  • 1st and 2nd Shifts available
  • 5am-3pm or 3pm-1am with Overtime

Responsibilities:

  • Select and use appropriate tools, machinery, and specialty equipment with limited guidance
  • Learn and understand protocols for working safely with electricity and other energy sources
  • Comply with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards, policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Perform work according to diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and specifications using various tools, measuring, and testing instruments
  • Provide feedback into the Preventive Maintenance system
  • Actively participate in local Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) teams to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development

Controls Safety 
  • Recognizes hazards related to controls in a manufacturing environment (Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic) and incorporates safe practices and procedures into the daily work plan

Health and Safety Fundamentals 
  • Champions proactive health and safety behaviors, identifies and reports hazards, and participates in actions to improve health and safety

Drives Results 
  • Consistently achieves results, even under tough circumstances

Manufacturing Knowledge 

  • Demonstrates knowledge of manufacturing by correctly implementing changes in current processes, equipment, and applications to meet the function's needs and contribute to continuous improvement

About CraftForce:

Looking for experienced high horsepower Diesel Mechanics for work in the Odessa, TX area and other areas to come.  If you know your way around the frac and oil field setup and can diagnose and tear down these big engines (50 liters!) with at least 6-7 years of solid experience or more then I want to talk to you!  I need workers that do not care to put in 6 days of work and we will pay accordingly!  55-65$ an hour depending on how much experience you have , all overtime is time and a half!
