What The Energy People is Hiring for:

The Floorhand assists the Motorhand, Derrickhand and Driller with set up and take down of equipment on the drilling rig.

Responsibilities include repairing, maintaining, cleaning and operating rig equipment.

Education and Experience:

High School diploma or GED preferred
1 or 2 years of floor hand experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

Willing to work a 14 days on, 7 days off, working 12 hour shifts that can include days or nights
Regularly lifts up to 50 pounds
Ability to climb steps and ladders
Frequently exposed to outdoor weather conditions
Able to stand on your feet for extended periods of time
Able to squat and/or bend over, stoop, kneel, twist, and crawl
