Location: Montgomery, AL 

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $30/hour (Based on experience)

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and address maintenance needs.
2. Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity of machinery and equipment.
3. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
4. Collaborate with other team members to complete larger maintenance projects.
5. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major issues to the Maintenance Supervisor.
6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance.

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong technical skills in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant degree is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
  

Tools & Equipment

• Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment.

Certificates & Licenses

• Valid driver's license.
