Machine Operator  

Location: Aurora, CO

Pay: $17.00-$25.00 BOE

Pay Schedule: Weekly

Position: Full-time

Schedule

  • Day Shift
  • Monday-Friday
  • 40 hrs + OT

Job Details:

  • Preparing machinery for daily use
  • Inspecting machinery for safety issues
  • Training other employees
  • Loading raw materials into equipment for manufacturing
  • Making necessary adjustments and repairs
  • Monitoring equipment during operation
  • Handling reporting paperwork and data entry
  • Operating conveyor belts in industries like shipping logistics

Knowledge & Skills

  • Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, etc.)
  • Understanding of production procedures
  • Adherence to health and safety regulations (constant use of protective gear)
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Teamwork and communication skills
  • Physical stamina and strength

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus

Pre-employment

  • Drug check
  • Background screening
