What Key Energy Services is Hiring for:

Rig Operator

Location: Alice, TX 78332, USA

CDL Required: Yes

Job Type: Regular - Full Time

Pay: DOE

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all crew members are ready for work on time.
  • Operate the assigned rig and equipment according to customer requests.
  • Maintain communication with customers to address concerns and complaints.
  • Ensure quality products and services are provided while adhering to safety procedures and governmental regulations.
  • Efficiently maintain assigned rig and equipment.
  • Establish and maintain a positive and safe work environment for the crew.
  • Wear proper safety equipment on the job.

Experience

  • Must have rig operation experience and demonstrate competency in rigging up/rigging down and well servicing operations.
  • Minimum two or more years of experience in rig and well servicing operations.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Knowledge and experience in oilfield well servicing required.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and guide crew members safely and efficiently.
  • Multi-tasking and basic problem-solving skills.

Certificates & Licenses

  • Must possess a CDL B driver's license to drive the rig.

Education Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
