What Patterson-UTI is Hiring for:

The Logistics Category Specialist will be responsible for the development of strategic plans surrounding Universal’s Pressure Pumping (UPP) Logistics Portfolio. In this role, the selected candidate will support tactical logistics execution to support UPP’s regional business and will communicate logistics plans with internal Supply Chain Management (SCM) stakeholders to support pressure pumping operations.

The successful candidate will have strong skills in engaging office, field personnel and suppliers in managing UPP’s logistics requirements and have strategic thinking skills to support the SCM Manager – Logistics in developing and executing supply strategies, sourcing events, contracts negotiations and contract/supplier management as required. This position works under the direction of the Supply Chain Manager.
