Laborers Needed ASAP for 3-4 Week Project in TN: Up to $22/hr, Per Diem & Hotel Paid

Trillium Construction is seeking Laborers located in the middle Tennessee area for a 3-4 week project in Heiskell (Knoxville), TN.

Candidates will be responsible for helping build water tanks that are bolted not welded at a landfill. They will meet at the clients main location in Lebanon, TN and then drive to the jobsite from there. If the candidate does well on this project, there may be an opportunity to go to future projects and possibly be hired on. This company travels around the southeast and builds water tanks for several different industries. 

Pay is $18-$22/hr depending on experience. If the candidate is traveling far enough to need to stay in a hotel, per diem is $50 per days worked + hotel. If the candidate is within driving distance of their home where they would not have to stay in a hotel, per diem is $25 per days worked. Schedule is Monday-Friday, working 40-50 hours a week with a 7am start time. 

- Must have experience with hand tools and power tools such as impacts and grinders- Must be willing to work long hours- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds- Must be comfortable working at heights- Previous tank building experience is a plus- Must have at least 6 months of construction experience- OSHA Cert is a required, if the candidate does not have it, they will be required to take the course that is provided and paid for by Trillium to get certified before beginning work- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings- Must be okay with working in dirty/messy environments- Fall protection cert is a plus
