The MPAR Relocation Project will establish a new access road to/from the Kearl Asset, including construction of infrastructure such as a bridge and tunnels, relocation of security infrastructure from the existing security access point to a new security access point, construction of new access roads, and associated earthworks, electrical works and telecommunications
