Journeyperson Pipefitters Needed in Peace River

We are looking for Journeyperson Pipefitter's that can work with a maintenance team for a temporary project in the Peace region. 

This position is based in Peace River and is expected to start as soon as possible. LOA and travel are provided, so all applicants are encouraged to apply! 

What would you be doing?

• Study blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the type of pipe and tools to use and lay out the sequence of tasks.   
• Draft detailed sketches for pipe and equipment fabrication and installation, as required.   
• Measure, cut, thread, groove, bend, assemble and install metal, plastic and fiberglass pipes, valves, and fittings.   
• Join pipe sections, related equipment and secure in position.   
• Use testing equipment to check systems for leaks.   
• Maintain and repair of piping systems.

• You have a Journeyperson ticket in Welding   
• Dual ticket in Welding, Millwright, or Ironwork an asset
• You can read and understand complex instructions   
• Ability to do careful and rigorous work
