Currently hiring for Journeyman Welders with activce CWB tickets in Nisku

The candidate will be primarily doing fillets, 2 CP welds on each end of the beam (1 foot) and using a gouger. They will be welding structural steel plates using metal core and flux core in all positions.

Job Description:

Daily candidate will be welding structural steel plates using metal core and flux core in all positions. They are expected to weld a roll of wire per day (approx. 33 lbs.). The welds will be within a .5-1mm tolerance.

Nisku, AB

Shift Information:

Day Shift –6 am to 4.30 pm
OT Available

Wage:

$35-38/hr. (depending on experience)

Responsibilities may include:

Must be a Journeymen Welder
Any Active CWB Tickets
2+ year of Structural fabricating/fitting experience
Ability to weld in all positions.
Cutting torch experience such as Acetylene Welding Torches
