Location: Prewitt, New Mexico
Pay Rate: $18-$24/hour DOE plus overtime 

Job Type: W2 Contract with Medical Benefits
Responsibilities:

• Works under the supervision of the Site Representative for the duration of various long-term projects.
• Samples and performs quality checks on solar projects located throughout the United States.
• Has oversight of construction practices and workmanship of subcontractors for all phases of construction.
• Requires a basic understanding of construction practices and procedures.
• Must maintain a high level of project quality and safety standards.
• No per diem for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, adjust, and operate equipment.
• Work safely around industrial equipment and machinery.
• Record test results on an electronic device.
• Report and communicate test results internally.
• Clean, maintain, and calibrate testing equipment.
• Assist in investigating technical problems.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.

Experience

• Previous renewable energy facility experience is preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work long hours in harsh environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office and computer skills.
• Must have basic math skills.
• Proactive in safety and works well in a team environment.
