What ResourceMFG is Hiring for:

Industrial Solar – Mechanical Crew

Location: Guy, Texas

Openings: 1 Lead Man and 6-10 Crew Members

Duration: 6-8 Months

Hours: 40-50 hours per week – Weekly Pay

Shift: 1st Shift – Start at 7 am

Pay Rate: Up to $28 per hour  

PPE Required: 

  • Hard Hat, Safety Glasses, Steel Toe Boots, Gloves. Possible Snake Chaps.

Access to Benefits:

Scope of Work: 

  • Torque Tube Retrofit 
  • Will use a specialized jig to drill new holes in torque tubes for new modules

Experience

  • Must have Industrial Solar experience

Knowledge & Skills

  • Be able to read a measuring tape
  • Use of hand tools, Impact, Drills
