What Express Employment Professionals is Hiring for:

Project Administrator

Location: Edmonton, AB

Salary: $28.50 - $36.45/hour

Position: Full time

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm

Dress Code: Business casual

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including data entry, project tracking, and logistics coordination.
  • Assist with daily permitting and safety toolbox meetings.
  • Prepare monthly project costing and WIP reports.
  • Reporting to: Lead Operations Administrator

Experience

  • 2-5 years of administrative experience
  • Experience working in an engineering, field services, or other professional environment

Travel

  • Ability to travel to Northern Alberta sites

Data Entry Skills

  • LEMS, MS Excel, and PowerBI

Work Regions:
