What ResourceMFG is Hiring for:

Production Technician

Location: San Antonio, TX

Pay: $20.25 (plus $.80 Rotation Premium)

Position: Full-time

Compensation

  • Wage increase every 6 months*
  • 8 year grow in pay scale

Schedule

  • Rotating Shifts 
  • 2 weeks of day shifts, 2 weeks of night shifts
  • Day Shift Mon-Fri 6:15AM-3:15PM
  • Night Shift:  Mon-Fri 6:15PM-3:15AM
  • Overtime (Mandatory two Saturdays a month)

Job Requirements

  • Standing and walking at least 8 hours per day
  • Performing repetitive fine hand manipulation/motor skills
  • Moderate lifting up of 20 pounds unassisted
  • Safely using air/power/vibrating tools and machinery
  • Working with vehicle components
  • Problem-solving and actively improving safety and quality

Pre-employment

  • Background screening
