What Pathfinder Inspections & Field Services is Hiring for:

Experienced Hardband Operators

Location: Odessa, TX

Pay: $21 - $30 an hour

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: 12-hour shift, Monday to Friday

      Work Location: In person

      Knowledge & Skills

      • Must be mechanically inclined
      • Must be self sufficient

      Certificates & Licences

      • CDL preferred
      • Experience:
      • Welding: 1 year (Required)
      • Hardbanding: 1 year (Required)
      • Hardbanding experience preferred
      • NDT Inspection and / or Oilfield experience preferred

      License/Certification:

      • Driver's License (Required)

      Pre-employment 

      • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol tests and will be subject to random testing.
