What Express Employment Professionals is Hiring for:

Electricians

Location: Beaumont, TX

Salary: $30 DOE

¨Position: Full time

Job Duties:

  • Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in accordance with National Electric Code
  • Run tests on electrical components to ensure a safe and effective installation
  • Inspect electrical systems and equipment for any damage, malfunctions, and safety hazards
  • Other duties as requested

Certificates & Licences 

  • Must have a valid driver''s license
  • Current Journeyman or Master electrician license

  • Valid and current license with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation

Experience

  • Proven experience as an electrician
  • Experience in residential, industrial and/or commercial electrical systems

Knowledge & Skills

  • Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g. wire strippers, voltmeter etc.)
  • Must be able to read schematics, blueprints and manuals
  • Thorough knowledge of safety procedures, legal regulations and guidelines
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability

Work Conditions

  • Flexibility to work long shifts and overnight on occasion

Education

  • Diploma in relevant vocational training or successfully completed apprenticeship as an electrician
