These are permanent positions in Grande Prairie or Fort St. John, with relocation assistance available for eligible candidates.

What would you be doing?

• Assist in installing, calibrating, and maintaining process instrumentation, communication networks, and control equipment, such as flow computers, tank gauging systems, and metering equipment.
• Analyze data from SCADA systems, LOI displays, and P&ID drawings to ensure safe facility operation.
• Aid in the programming and troubleshooting of Local Operator Interfaces and Programmable Logic Controllers.
• Assist with troubleshooting electrical, instrumentation, and control equipment issues.
• Provide entry-level instrumentation support and maintenance to enhance system reliability.
• Utilize testing devices to inspect and diagnose instrument and system operations.
• Participate in repairing, maintaining, and adjusting system components, including replacing defective parts as needed.

Does this sound like you?

• Have an apprentice or Instrumentation Technician Certificate.
• Valid and up-to-date safety tickets: H2S Alive, Standard First Aid, Fall Protection, and AWP.
• Willing to relocate to Fort St. John or Grande Prairie.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
• Physically capable of performing all necessary duties of the job, including but not limited to heavy pulling, pushing and lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing, shoveling, bending, twisting, etc.
