We are looking for a hardworking and experienced Roof Installer, preferably with previous solar experience.

Skills

Background/Knowledge in solar installation projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
Experience with thoughtful, data-informed, problem solving

Day in the life

Wattage Pay
Complete projects within established policies and procedures.
Complete projects within time frames and budgets.
Maintain high levels of quality assurance and quality control with an emphasis on crew safety.
Assemble the solar array racking, properly seal all roof penetrations, and install all relative equipment.
Work exceptionally well with others, competently delegate work amongst the crew and resolve potential crew issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and operational issues.
Communicate with customers professionally, respectfully, and honestly, answering all questions and complaints to the best of your ability.
Being able to fill out the proper paperwork for each job completed.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
