CNC Machinist

Location: Titusville, FL

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Pay: $20-$23/hr (with potential raises)
Hours: 54+
Schedule: Monday - Saturday
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Temp to Perm

Job Description:

• Knowledge of identifying raw steel materials
• Ability to read and understand provided "Cut Sheets"
• Load material into machines
• Operate machines (Computer skills are beneficial)
• Pull & download proper software on machines
• Operate and fabricate parts
• Inspect and document completed parts
• Mark parts correctly and expedite to the next required station

Knowledge & Skills

• Computer efficient
• Basic knowledge of cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for various materials
• Experience in developing work holding and fixturing solutions
• Collaborative team player
• Strong communication skills
• Desire to maintain shop cleanliness and organization
• Able to work in a dynamic and challenging environment

Work Conditions

• Ability to stand for extended periods (minimum of 8 hours)
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) unassisted when necessary
• Perform job duties that require physical agility and flexibility
• Work in an environment with exposure to fumes, odors, and noise

Travel Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation to the job site
