What Adecco is Hiring for:

Production Welder

Location: Winnipeg, MB

Job Type: Direct Hire

Shifts: Rotation

Relocation Assistance: Provided

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine welding requirements.
  • Utilize various welding techniques, including MIG, with a willingness to learn TIG.
  • Ensure all materials and parts are properly prepared for welding.
  • Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of welding equipment and tools.
  • Execute tasks efficiently, safely, and within specified timeframes.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Achieve performance targets while maintaining high-quality standards.

Experience

  • Prior welding experience or completion of vocational training in welding.

Certificates & Licenses

  • Ability to successfully pass CWB certification.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Proficiency in a wide range of welding procedures and practices.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Possess physical dexterity, strength, and endurance to undertake welding tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to meeting industry standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform duties with minimal supervision.

Work Conditions

  • Flexibility to work various shifts.

Pre-employment

  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
