What Trillium Staffing Solutions is Hiring for:

Heavy Equipment Operator

Location: Winslow, AZ

Job Type: Temporary (3 months)

Hours: Monday-Saturday, 10-hour shifts

Pay: Negotiable, around $28/hour

Per Diem: $125/day (all 7 days) for qualifying candidates

Schedule: 

  • Orientations on Tuesdays and Thursdays

Benefits: 

  • Opportunity to move to another renewable wind/solar project after completion

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Operating a 140 CAT Motor grader
  • Reclaiming and grading work on a wind farm project
  • Finish work as required

Experience

  • 5+ years of heavy equipment operation

  • Experience in previous renewable energy projects is a significant plus

    • Tools & Equipment: 

    • Proficiency with a 140 CAT Motor grader

    Work Conditions: 

    • Outdoor work on a wind farm project

    Physical Requirements: 

    • Ability to perform heavy equipment operation and finish work

    Travel/Transportation: 

    • Reliable transportation to and from the site

    Pre-employment: 

    • Must pass pre-employment screens; orientation on Tuesdays and Thursdays
