Responsibilities: 

Reporting to the Manager of Facilities and Maintenance, the Maintenance Technician Grade A plays a crucial role in providing maintenance support to ensure the smooth operation of production, facilities, and site equipment. This encompasses tasks related to building and grounds maintenance, housekeeping, and the repair of electrical, plumbing, and heating systems. The role also includes equipment installation, performing preventative maintenance, and addressing repair tasks as assigned by the company or its representatives.

Certificates & Licenses

• Certification or training in motors and motor controls, including PLC’s, VFD’s, and HMI’s.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of successful maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge & Skills

• General knowledge of electrical work, encompassing wiring, conduit installation, and schematic reading.
• General knowledge of fluid control, including the teardown and rebuild of pumps and valves.
• General knowledge of machine operation, machine repair, and machine preventative maintenance.
