Location: San Antonio, TX

Job Type: Long-Term Temp to Hire

Pay Range: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Schedule: 

• Monday - Friday
• 6:30 am - 3:00 pm

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Examine specifications of orders using blueprints, drawings, and/or work orders to determine characteristics of finished items, materials to be used, and machine setup requirements.
• Select appropriate tools and equipment needed to fabricate workpieces as determined by work order specifications.
• Examine workpieces visually, by touch, or using tape rule, calipers, or gauges to ensure the product meets desired standards.
• Read gauges, dials, or other indicators to ensure a machine is working properly.
• Utilize a press brake machine to bend and shape sheet metal.
• Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

Education

• High School Diploma

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of fabrication experience or six months of experience with related trade school certification.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 40 pounds or more frequently.

Pre-employment

• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
