Immediate Opening: Compressor Mechanic Role - Williston, ND - $42.00-48.00/hour DOE
What Bergaila is Hiring for:
Compressor Mechanic
Location: Williston, ND
Compensation: $42-48/hour DOEAssignment Duration: 6 months+
Work Schedule: 8/6 rotation

Responsibilities:
- Represent the company professionally and provide outstanding customer service.
- Submit accurate field service reports, expense reports, timesheets, and other necessary paperwork daily.
- Perform job activities in line with project goals and objectives.
- Diagnose engine/compressor failures accurately and efficiently.
- Independently perform rebuilds/overhauls of compressors, engines, and controls in adverse conditions without supervision.
- Assist in the installation of new units, including commissioning and start-up inspections.
- Perform mechanical inspections using specialized tools with minimal guidance.
- Be on call-out rotation and make emergency repairs as needed.
- Recognize and comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental rules and policies.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent, some vocational/technical related experience preferred.
Experience
- 6+ years of applicable experience.
Knowledge & Skills
- Experience with Vapor Recovery Unit (VRU) required.
- Experience with 3600 and 3500 CAT (arials), preferably with 3616 and 3516 compressors.
- Experience with service and maintenance on Sullair air compressors is a plus.
