What ResourceMFG is Hiring for:

Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Location: Albuquerque, NM

Pay: $25 to $35 per hour, depending on experience

Pay Schedule: Weekly  

Benefits: Available

Schedule: 

  • Monday - Friday
  • 7 am to 4 pm

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Vacuum and Electro-Mechanical Systems
  • Perform cryogenic and diffusion pump installation, regeneration, and maintenance
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled PM and repairs
  • Troubleshoot and install electronic, vacuum, control system, and wiring
  • Repair and perform preventative maintenance on complex machinery used in optics fabrication and coating
  • Assist with general facility maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and other manufacturing equipment repairs
  • Occasionally work in a clean room environment following all clean room protocols

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Work safely with various electrical currents and amperages
  • Concentrate effectively for personal safety and the safety of others
  • Demonstrate mechanical ability
  • Perform mathematical calculations, especially in electrical/electronic areas
  • Troubleshoot and layout electronic circuits
  • Read blueprints, electrical diagrams, sketches, and schematics; work from verbal instructions
  • Effectively use precision measuring tools and hand tools
  • Collaborate with other employees and departments to develop and implement solutions
  • Operate forklift
  • Use computers and mobile devices to maintain records
