General Laborer 

Location: Red Oak, TX

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of construction or similar experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to safely lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and/or walk up to 75% of the time on the job

Travel/Transport

• Reliable transportation

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent communication, organizational, and listening skills
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Self-motivated to learn new skills and trades
• Ability to work overtime, Saturdays, and some Sundays

Responsibilities:

• Support and assist Foremen and Superintendents with on-site projects
• Perform industrial cleaning, commercial light construction, and material removal
• Ensure safe operation procedures are executed
• Follow directions of Foreman/Superintendent and Leads
• Assist in setup and tear down of equipment
• Wear approved Personal Protective Equipment
• Attend safety meetings and follow safety policies
• Act in a professional manner at all times
