Location: Heath, OH

Job Type: Temporary (May 2024)

Hours: 6 days a week, 10 hours/day (Monday-Saturday)

Pay: Up to $36 per hour + $100 per diem for all 7 days

Schedule: Project set for May 2024

Benefits:

• Prefer candidates with forklift, scissor lift, and telehandler lift certifications
• Must pass all pre-employment screenings

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work with schedule 10 stainless steel piping
• Work with schedule 80 carbon piping
• Pass a 2” stainless steel, schedule 10 purged in the 6g position using TIG
• Prefer candidates who can pass two carbon steel tests:2”, schedule 80 with 6010 root and 7018 fill and cap using STICK2”, schedule 80 using TIG
• Assist in other tasks onsite, including installation of steel structures, rigging, and equipment setting

Knowledge & Skills:

• Proficient in TIG welding for stainless steel and carbon piping
• Familiarity with STICK welding for carbon steel
• Rigging and equipment setting skills
• Ability to operate forklift, scissor lift, and telehandler (certifications preferred)

Experience: 

• Previous welding experience required

Tools & Equipment: 

• Welding equipment, forklift, scissor lift, telehandler

Certificates & Licenses:

• OSHA-10 certification
• Forklift, scissor lift, and telehandler lift certifications preferred

Work Conditions:

• Construction site environment
• May involve exposure to various weather conditions

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
• Lifting and carrying heavy materials
