What Trillium Staffing Solutions is Hiring for:

 Industrial Millwright  

Location: Pittsboro, IN

Pay Rate: $32 per hour plus $100 per day per diem.

Duration: 

  • Very long-term opportunity
  • 6 months plus for the right individual.

Hours: 

  • 40+ hours per week
  • Monday through Friday
  • Some Saturdays
  • 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.

Scope of Work: 

Assist the maintenance department in a steel mill, focusing on tasks such as rebuilding gearboxes, replacing bearings, and assembling large machinery and equipment. The role involves the use of tools, cutting torches, and rigging equipment like chain falls, fork lifts, and overhead cranes.

Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a journeyman heavy industrial millwright 
  • Rigging expertise.

Tools & Equipment

  • Must have a gang box and all necessary hand tools (tool list will be provided).
  • Must adhere to all personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.

Skills & Aptitudes

  • Dependable and punctual, reporting on time each day.

Travel

  • Must have dependable transportation.

Pre-employment

  • Drug check
  • Background screening
