Graham Hiring Laborers in CO: Up to $35/hr, Free Housing & Per Diem

Moltz Construction Inc. is looking for a Laborer to support an expansion project of an existing Mine Water Discharge Treatment Plant located approximately 5 miles south of the I-70 Copper Mountain Exit and 15 miles north of Leadville, in Climax, Colorado. The project consists of extensive excavation, concrete, interior piping, and equipment work. The project is scheduled to last for 2+ years.

As a Laborer at Moltz, you will:

• Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor on water and heavy concrete construction projects; performs manual work in preparing surfaces for paving.
• Maintain a clean job site: picks up all tools and equipment and secures job site each day to eliminate potential hazards.
• Perform materials handling and storage.
• Provide labor support as needed for specialty crews
• Load and unload trucks and hauls and hoists materials.
• Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed.
• Bring problems to the attention of the Foreman, Safety Manager or Human Resources

Qualifications & Experience:

• Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.
• Ability to lift, push, pull or carry objects; use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue.
• Good manual dexterity and multilimbed coordination.
• Ability to quickly move arms and legs.
• Employee must have excellent stamina.
• Ability to work overtime including nights and weekends if required to meet project schedule.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary- $20.00 - $35.00 per hour based on experience.
