General Labourer in Edmonton, AB: $24.00 Per Hour

We are seeking an experienced general labour to join our team. As a labor, you will be part of a team lead by an experience carpenter. The team will be responsible for constructing and repairing decks, patios, and other outdoor structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow instructions. You will work to ensure the project meets all expectations, while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Build, repair and maintain decks, patios, and other outdoor structures
• Measure and cut materials to the correct size
• Install structural components, such as beams and joists
• Install decking materials, railings, and stairs
• Install aluminum railings
• Work with a variety of materials, including wood, and composite
• Restoration rebuild projects.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Labour or a related field
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
