Position: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Conducting in-house repairs and servicing of air compressor systems.
• Providing exceptional technical support, resolving service support calls, and delivering top-notch customer service.
• Expanding knowledge of the company’s product line for expert advice and solutions.
• Occasional travel to train and educate dealers and clients.
• Representing the company with a commitment to customer satisfaction, quality, and technical excellence.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of combined professional experience, with 1 year in the automotive industry (preferably in customer support).
• Significant "hands-on" experience in automotive disciplines.

Knowledge & Skills

• Outstanding communication skills, including active listening and exceptional phone etiquette.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

• Excellent investigative and critical thinking skills.

Personal Aptitudes

• Desire to work in and embrace a lean culture.
• Acute attention to detail and ability to work as a "hands-on" part of a team.
