Meyer Energy Services, LLC provides a full range of oilfield services. We need individuals that are familiar with the oil and gas industry. We are also looking for outgoing confident personalities that can keep up with a fast paced environment. Individuals must be self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, and have the ability to work on their own as well as a team.

The presently have job openings for General laborers and Class A CDL oilfield drivers in Midland, TX.

Housing available at the yard FOR FREE during your hitch.

Drivers:

Working Schedule:

• 2 weeks "on shift" Saturday-Friday (NO set working hours / you will be on call 24 hrs daily).
• 1 week "off shift".
• You will be able to work through your 1 week "off shift" if you choose.
• No more than 5 consecutive work weeks. You will be required to take a week off. This is to prevent "burn out".

Housing:

• Housing is provided at the Midland yard at no additional cost.
• A single room will be assigned for drivers.

Compensation:

• Meyer Energy Services will provide on the job training to operate a "Super Sucker".
• Non-Experienced Operators needing training (still required to have 2 years CDL driving experience) - $26 Hr. Starting
• Experienced Operators (will be verfied with skills test) Depends on Experience
• Paid weekly.
• Performance evaluations every 90 days with potential for increased compensation.
• Guarenteed minimum 40 Hours per week with Class A CDL

PPE:

• MES will issue the following PPE (Unless you have your own...hard hat excluded) & will deduct from your 1st check.
• MES hard hat (Required to have MES logo) - $22
• Safety glasses - $2
• Impact gloves - $15
• H2S monitor - $101
• FR Shirt w/ MES logo - $45 (optional to buy)

Laborers:

Starting $18hr. - $19hr. depending on experience

Averaging 60 – 80 hrs a week.

Health, Dental, Vision Insurance offered after 6 months

MES covers $250 towards employee portion

$25,000 of Basic Life Insurance (no cost to employee after 30 days)

Performance evaluations every 90 days with the opportunity for pay rate increases
