$800 per day

$100 Truck Allowance

Permian (Midland/Odessa)

1 year contract with high likelihood for extension

Monday – Friday (50 hours per week) with occasional Saturday work.

The Construction Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating and controlling the day-to-day field operations for various construction projects. Need to have strong knowledge of project scheduling software’s (Microsoft Project and/or P6). Excellent opportunity to advance your career with one of the largest companies in the world!

• Assist in early construction planning and site mobilization.
• Promote and enforce on-site safety, leading by example.
• Act as the primary liaison between the construction team and contractors, focusing on safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
• Oversee safety protocols and provide leadership in safety practices.
• Work closely with QA/QC personnel to resolve quality issues and monitor progress.
• Supervise the contractor's materials management and verification systems.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, procedures, and plans.
• Track workforce productivity and schedule adherence.
• Monitor and ensure environmental compliance.
• Manage field-level changes with contractors, including scope and costs.
• Confirm the arrival and condition of procured and engineering equipment on-site.
• Support the Construction Site Manager with on-site tasks.
• Assist in pre-commissioning, mechanical completion, and systems completion as needed.
• Coordinate Quality Audits and conduct site surveillance.
• Mentor and guide Early Career Professionals.
• Provide project monitoring data to align with project plans and objectives.

• Proven experience in field construction planning, execution, and completion (4+ years).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and/or P6.
• Proficiency in estimating/identifying issues within schedules
• College degree is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel to domestic and overseas project sites.
• Previous experience as a Construction Superintendent on major capital projects.
• Knowledge of Construction Materials Testing procedures and ASTM standards.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a strong desire to deliver excellent client service.
