What Kiewit is Hiring for:

Kiewit is hiring Pipefitters for the PDH – IPL Project in Fort Saskatchewan, AB.

Pipefitters will be required to assemble, install and maintain pipe supports related to hydraulic and pneumatic equipment for industrial production and processing systems.

Requirements

  • Must be a registered 2nd - 4th year apprentice or Journeyman Pipefitter
  • Must be able to measure, cut, thread, groove, bend pipes, valves, and fittings.
  • Understanding drawing and layout sequences, Fit up projections experience
  • Knowledge of tolerances
  • Testing equipment to check systems for leaks

Shift

  • Day and Night Shifts
  • 10hr Shifts
  • 6/1 Sun-Fri

Additional Information

  • Night Shift Premium
  • Please list all valid safety tickets on resume
  • Upon an offer, all candidates must be able to pass a SureHire Drug and Alcohol and Fit for Work test

Project Information

This is a multi-billion dollar project for IPL, and Canada’s first Integrated Propane Dehydrogenation and Polypropylene Complex. Construction on the project started in 2018.
