Forklift Operator - Crown Reach Truck and Counterbalance Operators

Location: Woodbridge, ON (Main Intersection – Martingrove Rd & Highway 7)

Pay Rate: $20.50/hr. - $21.00/hr

Shifts: 

• Monday to Friday
• 6:15 am to 2:15 pm & 2:15 pm – 10:15 pm

Job Type: 

• Temp to Perm, Full time 
• Must be available to work full-time
• 40 hours+ Overtime Hours

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate Crown Reach trucks for material handling within a warehouse or distribution center.
• Maintain an organized, clean environment and adhere to safe working procedures.
• Perform general warehousing duties as assigned.
• Prioritize safety in all MHE operations and communicate effectively with fellow operators and GLs on the floor.
• Follow company processes, especially when handling fragile or longer pallets.
• Maintain a positive work attitude and contribute to overall productivity.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Experience

• Previous experience in a fast-paced logistics environment is considered an asset.

Knowledge & Skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Forklift positions include Crown Reach and Dock stocker.
• Associates must be licensed with at least 1 year of experience.
• Previous warehouse experience required, comfortable with general labor tasks including case picking and palletizing.

Personal Aptitudes

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Attendance and performance are critical criteria.
