Fly-in Operators Making $350-$500/day in Alberta, BC, Nunavut

Polar Septic Services, a part of Centurion Canada Rentals & Services is seeking Full-Time Water and Wastewater Operators (Level 1 or 2) in our operating areas across Alberta, BC and Nunavut .

Requirements

• Water and Wastewater Level 1 or 2
• Ability to work remotely, up to 21 days on 7 off
• Valid Drivers License with acceptable drivers abstract
• Reliable transportation
• Valid H2S Alive
• Valid Standard First Aid with CPR
• Must have steel toed work boots
• Work in various elemental conditions, e.g. rain, snow, heat, cold, etc.
• Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
• May be required to perform repetitive heavy lifting up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities:

• Assist with overall operations and maintenance of wastewater and potable water treatment systems.
• Observe and monitor equipment and operations daily.
• Collect and test water samples.
• Make visual inspections of equipment to identify, troubleshoot and correct issues.
• Identify hazards and recommend appropriate action.
• Assist with scheduling and performing routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Respond to service or emergency inquiries.
• Inspect, clean, and maintain pumps, motors, valves, filters, meters and related equipment.
• Establish positive working relationships with trades people, customers and contracting personnel on remote job sites.
• Assist in proving training for less experienced personnel.
• Other duties as assigned.
