What Trillium Staffing Solutions is Hiring for:

Fitter-Welder

Location: Slinger, WI

Job Type: Full-time, 1st Shift (Monday-Friday, with possible overtime)

Hours: Standard work hours with the potential for overtime

Pay: $24-$29 per hour (Depending on Experience), No Per Diem

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Holidays, Vacation

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Familiarity with large part/heavy manufacturing, solid wire and flux core welding experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Perform all tasks in a safe and responsible manner
  • Knowledge of weld symbols and basic blueprint reading 

Knowledge & Skills: 

Open table fit-up experience, familiarity with large part/heavy manufacturing, solid wire and flux core welding, independent work capability, safe and responsible task execution, knowledge of weld symbols and basic blueprint reading.

Experience: 

  • 2-5 years of open table fit-up experience

Work Conditions: 

  • Manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements: 

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs when required

Pre-employment: 

  • Write in English language
