What Superior Skilled Trades is Hiring for:

Finish Carpenter 

Location: San Luis Obispo, CA

PAY: $35-50/hour (Based on experience)

Hours: 7:00am to 3:30pm

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Start: ASAP

Duration: 2+ weeks

Job Description:

Finish Carpenters must have experience with all handyman skills such as Carpentry, Assembly, Fixture Installation. You will be assisting with all finish work to get retail store ready for opening day!

Experience

  • Must have minimum 4 years carpentry experience
  • Finish work experience; installation of shelving, racks, signage etc

Tools & Equipment

  • Must have all carpentry tools
  • Must have PPE including steel toe work boots, hard hat, face mask, gloves, high visibility vest, and protective eyeglasses.
  • Must have PPE

Travel / Transport

  • Must have reliable transportation to and from the job location.

Physical Requirements

  • Capable of lifting and carrying 50 lbs. properly up to 50 yards.
  • Capable of lifting and holding in position overhead material up to 35 lbs.

Work Conditions

  • Must be able to use a screw gun or drill repeatedly all day.
  • Be able to stand on your feet for up to 8-10 hours (if required).
  • Be able to kneel when working.

Pre-employment

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
