We're currently seeking a Field Specialist to fill a mid-level position that involves contributing to various shop, yard, and field activities. As a Field Specialist, you'll primarily work within a collaborative team setting. This role is designed to expose you extensively to NAKODA equipment across multiple divisions, honing your skills through hands-on coaching and field training.

Key Responsibilities: As a Field Specialist at NAKODA Energy Services, your responsibilities will include:

• Following the guidance of Field Supervisors & Management to ensure the delivery of exceptional Heat & Fuel Gas services, providing Legendary Service to customers.
• Supervising rig-ins for high-profile jobs and esteemed clients.
• Developing expertise in all NES asset types, maintaining a high level of operating ability and understanding of these assets.
• Directing Operators to ensure maximum safety and productivity.
• Conducting both formal and informal HSE inspections.
• Striving to create Raving Fans among our customer base.
• Ensuring that NAKODA's operations align with its Culture.

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Reside in the Grande Prairie, AB region.
• Relevant experience in the energy sector, preferably with exposure to similar operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and mentoring.
• Experience with pipeline gas operations, pneumatic instrumentation equipment, and onsite fuel gas operations.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• The ability to work autonomously as well as within a team.
• A dedication to ongoing learning and skill enhancement.
• A high degree of organizational and time management skills.
