Employment Type: Temp To Perm

Pay Rate: Up to $24.00/hour DOE

Hours: 6: 30am-6: 00pm Monday through Friday

Overtime: Must be available as required.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Fabricating and MIG welds based on project needs on automotive products
  
• Maximizes resources and meets all production goals by working with another team member.
  
• Read and interpret project plans, blueprints and other written instructions and diagrams to perform task at hand
  
• Inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws.
  
• Works safely to prevent on-the-job injuries by adhering to all company and OSHA safety and environmental rules and regulations.
  
• Practices safe working habits by checking all safety devices and procedures are operating properly and being used.
  
• Suggests improvements in work methods and procedures by presenting ideas to supervisors and management personnel.
  
• Troubleshoots work-related problems by participating in meetings and asking co-workers, supervisors, and management personnel
  
• when confronted with problems that may not have been encountered before.

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  

Certificates & Licences

• Professional Certification (welding certificate) will be a plus
  

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of work-related experience as an ALUMINUM Fabricator
  
• Fabrication experience utilizing fixtures and jigs are required
  
• Welding and fabrication experience with tubular material is preferred.
  
• MIG Welding /Tublar steel inside a jig and apply heat to product.
