Extrusion Operator 

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour DOE

Location: Mesquite, TX

1st Shift: Nights (rotating shift)

Type: Temp-Perm

Schedule

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on (rotate).

• Night shift works 6:50 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Job Summary

This role will be responsible for processing materials and manufacturing products in an industrial organization. Here is your chance to make a direct impact in a key role in producing top-quality film safely and effectively.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ability to make quality checks on time.
• Ensure correct count and label.
• Make and handle the product.
• Be aware of production requirements.
• Understand the order sheet specifications.
• Communicate and coordinate daily issues with your relief.
• Troubleshoot machine issues.
• Be familiar with resin conveying systems and blenders.
• Help to coordinate training.
• Make continuous efforts to improve the quality of the product.

Experience

• Experience with extrusion in blowing film preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

• Must understand the basic knowledge of extrusion.
• Knowledge of quality systems.
• Must be able to read and understand instructions well.
