What ResourceMFG is Hiring for:

Welders

Location: Newnan, GA

Pay: Weekly pay!

Shifts:

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm Monday – Friday – $21 per hour
  • 2nd Shift: 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm Monday – Friday – $22 per hour
  • 3rd Shift: 9:00 pm – 5:30 am Sunday – Friday – $22 per hour

Work Conditions

  • Must be willing to work overtime when required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Set up welding equipment
  • Weld steel and aluminum according to blueprints
  • Clamp, grind, tack-weld, or bolt components into position before welding
  • Inspect final products for quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area

Education

  • High school diploma or GED certificate

Experience

  • MIG welding experience (at least one year)

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 to 75 pounds
  • Must be able to stand for the shift

Tools & Equipment

  • Must have steel-toed safety shoes

Knowledge & Skills

  • Testing: You will be required to pass a KNOWLEDGE TEST.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints with welding symbols
  • Attention to detail
