This includes conveyors, pumps, vacuums, motors, gearboxes, generators, compressors, shafts, and bearings.

Qualifications:

• Red Seal Millwright (Industrial Mechanic/Maintenance Mechanic)

Work Conditions

• Available for rotating shift work

• Comfortable working in a union environment  

Experience

• Comprehensive experience with minor and major plant equipment repairs and maintenance

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Team player with the ability to contribute talent, a positive attitude, and knowledge to a successful, stable company
• Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair of equipment commonly used in plant manufacturing/production practices.
• Have an outstanding track record of safety and reporting, along with knowledge of relevant BC regulatory requirements.
