Journeyman Electrician

Location: Quispamsis, New Brunswick

Job Type: Direct Hire

Hours: Compressed work week with four 10-hour days (3 day weekends!)

Pay: $65,000 - $75,000/year

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Read and Interpret Electrical, Mechanical, and Architectural Drawings
2. Install Renewable Energy Systems
3. Conduct System Testing and Troubleshooting
4. Maintenance and Repair
5. Adhere to Safety Standards and Regulations
6. Collaborate with Construction Teams
7. Document Work and Progress
8. Stay Updated with Industry Developments

Experience:

• Experience with medium and high voltage terminations

Tools & Equipment:

• Standard tools and equipment used in electrical work

Certificates & Licenses:

• Red Seal Journeyperson Certificate

Work Conditions:

• Primarily indoor and outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Compliance with safety regulations and building codes

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform tasks that may require standing, bending
• Lifting up to a certain weight

Travel/Transportation:

• Willingness to travel throughout Atlantic Canada
