What PCL Construction is Hiring for:

Tower Crane Rigger

Location: Kelowna, BC, 

Wages: $26.61/hr-$36.54/hr

Project Start: January 2024

Project Duration: Approximately 1 year

Tools & Equipment

  • Crane Make and Model: Liebherr 316 EC-H
Shift: 

  • Monday-Friday 
  • 7:00 am - 3:30 pm 
  • Overtime, weekends, after-hours may be required)

Requirements:

  • Formally trained in Safe Rigging Practices
  • Compliance with company safety policies, Occupational Health and Safety Regulations
  • Competency in rigging various lifts
  • Experience rigging lifts for a tower crane and working closely with the operator
  • Assistance in routine crane inspections and maintenance
  • Providing accurate information for calculating lifting capacities
  • Proficient knowledge of construction, erection, and installation of formwork systems
  • Willingness to perform general labor tasks as required

Qualifications

  • Provisional Tower Crane Operator designation
