What PrideStaff is Hiring for:

Field Service Engineer

Location: Stafford, TEXAS, US
Job Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt, Hourly

Work Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday, 40 hour week – 9/80  
  • Schedule (Monday through Thursday) One shift: 7a - 5p or 8a - 6p; then 8 hours on every other Friday

Travel:

  • Extensive travel up to 85% 
  • Rental car, Lodging, and Meals provided for each service visit

Compensation:

  • $28.00 - $33.00 Per Hour (Based on experience, salary could be higher)

Bi-lingual:

  • Must Speak, Read, Write

Responsibilities:

  • Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair on designated equipment.
  • Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications.
  • Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times.
  • Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities.
  • Maintaining daily communications with customers.
  • Adhering to regulatory requirements (HIPPA, OSHA, FDA).
  • Identifying and participating in sales opportunities.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, 
  • Or equivalent military experience, 
  • or Associates Degree with 2 or more years’ experience in servicing Diagnostic Imaging equipment, 
  • Or a High School Diploma/GED and 10 or more years’ experience servicing Diagnostic Imaging equipment.

Experience

  • Experience servicing diagnostic imaging equipment – NM, SPECT, SPECT/CT, PET, PET/CT, CT, and MRI.
  • Five years’ work experience in the medical imaging industry preferred.

Certificates & Licenses

  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt to changing circumstances, and handle multiple tasks with shifting priorities.
