Fabrication Welders 

Openings: 3-5 new hires

Location: Brookfield, Ohio

Pay: $39,000-$54,000 annually

Shift: 7 am - 3 pm, Monday-Friday

Experience

• Two plus years of welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Two plus years of forklift operation experience
• Two plus years of experience in applicable QAPs (Quality Assurance Procedures)
• Two plus years of experience in the use of basic tools

Knowledge & Skills

• High levels of organizational and time management skills
• High levels of analytical, observational, and active listening skills
• High levels of reliability
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to read a tape measure and prints

Physical Requirements

• Ability to physically push, pull, and lift 50lbs or more
• Ability to stoop and bend
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for four-plus hours at a time
• Ability to convert decimals to fractions and utilize conversion charts
  
• Excellent manual dexterity
• Excellent color vision and eyesight

Certificates & Licenses

• 1G & 3G Welding certification

• Forklift certification

• High school diploma or equivalent

• US work authorization without sponsorship
• Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background check
